Hideaki Fujiyama

Since my early career, I have been fortunate to work in various countries across Southeast and South Asia. These experiences inspired me to one day establish a business in this vibrant and diverse region.
In the early 2000s, I served as a resident representative of a Japanese investment firm, where I was responsible for managing investments in Southeast Asian companies. My work spanned the full investment cycle—from sourcing and evaluating potential partners to negotiating contracts and providing post-investment support. Navigating differences in language, culture, and business customs was challenging, but overcoming those challenges allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. More importantly, I gained invaluable friendships across the region.
There is a saying, “Like attracts like.” I believe that when we act with integrity, speak with sincerity, and maintain good intentions, we naturally attract like-minded individuals. This principle applies not only to individuals but also to companies. I believe that companies that value their customers, employees, and society will, in turn, be presented with more opportunities and continue to thrive.
At our company, we aspire to embody these values. At the same time, I see it as my mission to support similarly minded organizations in their mergers, acquisitions, and business development efforts throughout Southeast Asia.
I sincerely appreciate your continued support and guidance.
